Workshop

Mr. Shunputei Shota and Mr. Chage also came to experience blade making.

The number of knife smiths with all-round production has decreased drastically, and now only a few skilled craftsmen are left.

Why don't you try your hand at knife making, a traditional technique inherited from Japan?

Voice

Normally, it would be difficult to even see, let alone experience, a forging workshop.
Just being able to see the craftsmanship in front of your eyes is a worthwhile experience, and I was very impressed.
The craftsmen also explained their work carefully, so it was very easy to understand and I had a great time.
The knives that I was involved in making are very special and irreplaceable.
I would like to use it carefully for a long time.
